  • The User is obliged to use the Website for its intended purpose and not to provide content of an unlawful nature.

V. Client Panel and Online Services

  • The Administrator provides clients with access to a Client Panel for online monitoring of the project site and viewing progress reports.
  • The Administrator is not responsible for losses caused by the User's loss of their account password.

VI. Complaint Procedure

  • All claims regarding the service operation are accepted via email: rsu.ukraine@gmail.com.
  • The deadline for considering a complaint is 14 calendar days.
