1. Who is the Controller of your data?

The official Data Controller responsible for the security of your personal information is the company RSU «REMONTNO-SUCHASNE UPRAVLINNIA» (hereinafter referred to as the Company).

Processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data", the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications", and other regulatory acts. The Company implements modern technical and organizational measures to prevent accidental loss, destruction, or unauthorized access to your information.

8. Protection of Children's Data

Our services are not intended for persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you discover that a child has provided us with their information without the permission of parents or guardians, please notify us for the immediate deletion of such data.
